Started in 1968 by Mr. Dave Burrows, JudgeBuilt's main goal was to pride ourselves in the utmost level of ethical and professional care. Running JudgeBuilt Carpet Cleaning for more than 41 years in Camarillo, Dave made a real connection to every customer he served. In Late 2014 Mr. Burrows was looking to sell his Carpet Cleaning Business and retire but after building such a great reputation he was concerned about who he sold it to. After doing some research he was put into contact with Jonathan Wagoner.
