Our company was originally started as a sole proprietorship in 1978, by Atilano Sanchez Jr. Atilano Sanchez Painting quickly became a successful small business , specializing in painting and vinyl wall coverings.
In 2004, Mr. Sanchez’s daughter took over the business incorporating under the name of A&L Sanchez Painting and Construction, Inc. The company was accepted in to the SBA 8(a) program and continued to subcontract work in painting and wall coverings.
Since then the business has expanded from subcontracting painting onto many other avenues.
Our company has assembled a highly experienced team of construction professionals to serve the needs of our clients. We have been involved in projects from any stage of its development, from concept to close out. We have the capabilities to work through the design phase, providing pre-construction services such as, cost and schedule development, constructability reviews and value engineering .
We also have a fully dedicated staff to handle all of the daily operations of a construction project. Our staff and administrative team has a combined experience of over 50 years.
